Blog

With my Hungarian blog I have earned the attention of more than 130 000 followers by standing up for women's rights, LGBT rights, the freedom of democracy, the fair treatment of migrants, the freedom of faith and environmental issues.

Soon I found myself in the target of the populists and Viktor Orban's regime. After three years and an other overwhelming populist triumph in the Hungarian elections I moved to London where I have been living since.

Since I have become an expat I write less about particular political issues and try to transmit a more free, liberal and humanist philosophy through personal stories and experiences.

The Norwegian, Finnish, Danish and Swedish Embassies honoured my work by donating me the title of being a Nordic Goodwill Ambassador.

My father was a novelist. When I write I feel his sight over my hands. He taught me to respect all the human beings without seeing their class, colour or faith. I try to make him proud.
